• Aurora views from inside the home on clear nights when Aurora is out 

• You are renting the entire house

• 2 Smart Televisions with streaming available with your personal services. A few streaming services are included, along with regular smart TV programming

• Private setting - Not a home in sight

• Close to town, but outside of city lights

• First floor bathroom. Master Bedroom is on 2nd floor. There are also steps to front door. 

• 4 adult maximum. With children we can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Pak N Play available on request

• Top bunk weight limit is 120 pounds

• Mosquitos can be an issue in Alaska when it isn't freezing. Come prepared with mosquito repellent if you plan to be outside much; Not just at the house, but everywhere in the great Alaskan outdoors. This is not a refundable issue, it is nature.
